Do you take insurance?

Deva Physical Therapy accepts Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and private insurance, as well as private pay if you do not have insurance. Our therapists are licensed professionals and have NPI numbers.

How much is each PT session?

Rates can be discussed over the telephone. The cost of follow up care will depend on your specific needs and frequency of care.

Will I need a prescription?

No. Patients in New York State can access physical therapists directly before seeing their doctor for up to 10 visits, but if you have Medicare, a prescription from the doctor is recommended.

How long is the initial consultation?

The initial consultation will last for 45 min. We believe that this is the minimum amount of time necessary to understand your needs and to devise and implement an effective treatment regimen.

How many sessions will I need?

That will depend on your specific needs. Only after a thorough examination and evaluation will it be clear how many sessions will be required for successful rehabilitation.
